Surveyor Practice Sales
Mike Harris FCCA has many years experience of the surveyor market after successfully selling a small practice on behalf of a client in 2000 and many more since then. Paul Beason FRICS set up and ran his own surveying practice before selling in 2001 (This was sold by Mike Harris). Our database of acquirers planning to buy a Surveyor practice has grown over the years and Mike and Paul are in close contact with many of them. This service was introduced in 2004 as a result of the Surveyor merger & acquisition appointments. Many Surveyors are now building multi-disciplinary practices and frequently asked if we had an Architect practice for sale. We have been developing an active database of buyers, both of Surveyors and Architects, to help speed up the process for you to buy an Architect practice or sell an Architect practice.

Property Lettings and Management Companies
We now deal with property management companies in both the commercial and residential sectors (lettings and block management). Paul Beason has experience as a property manager. We have an increasing database of companies actively looking to acquire businesses of this type.

Consulting Engineers
The rise of large multi-disciplinary companies in the property sector has led to enquiries for engineering based activities and as a result we now deal with consulting engineers. Mike Harris is currently dealing with a number of companies of this kind both in the UK and EIRE.

Environmental Consultancies
The growth in environmental consultancy continues year on year. Many large multi-disciplinary practices now see this as an important part of their services to clients. The work of these consultancies is linked with the needs of both public and private sectors in the provision of all types of new development and infrastructure, risk assessment and management, and sustainability. This market has seen increasing merger and acquisition activity recently and its strong connections to our existing areas of expertise make it a natural progression of our services.
