We have been based in Redbridge for 60 years. Alan Chegwidden founded the current practice in 1946 and later merged with Thomas Werrell, his Uncle. Another merger took place with the practice of Page Simpson & Co from Stratford. The Practice moved to its present offices in Chadwell Heath from Ilford in the early 1980’s. Alan retired in 1981.

There are now four Partners and two Managers overseeing the work of part qualified Chartered staff and part/fully qualified accounting technicians.

There is also a successful specialist Mergers and Acquisitions Department dealing with Practices for sale on behalf of Surveyors, Architects, Property Management and Lettings, Consulting Engineers and other property based businesses.
