Chris Otter FCA TEP

Chris is senior partner and joined the practice nearly 40 years ago. Along with managing the practice Chris is a specialist on Trusts and Estates and a keen golfer.

 

Paul Harris FCCA

Paul joined us in 1998 and became a partner in 2001. Paul specialises in audit and larger client matters having previously worked for a top 20 UK practice.

 

Brian Buckley FCA

Brian joined Chegwidden & Co as a partner in 1971 bringing many of his own clients. Brian has special interests in providing consultancy and investigation work for clients.

 

John Caton FCA

John has recently retired and now acts as a Consultant to the Practice.

 

Kamlesh Sangani FCCA

Kam joined us at the beginning of 2004 and is our Office Manager. He previously worked for a very large practice and specialises in audits and larger client matters.

 

THE MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS TEAM

 
Mike Harris FCCA

Mike joined us in 2003 to expand our Corporate Finance Department. Prior to this he specialised in the merger and acquisition of Surveyor practices and successfully continues the work today. Since his arrival, the department has expanded and now also deals with Architects, Consulting Engineers and a range of other property based businesses. Mike became a partner in 2006 after a successful year of concluding deals.

Mike has many years experience in business transfer and has been involved in several transactions involving negotiations with quoted companies on the London Stock Exchange. The majority of his work involves transactions of £1million plus, although increasingly more so in the area of £5million - £15million.

 

Paul Beason FRICS

Paul joined in 2005 and works alongside Mike. A qualified surveyor who up to five years ago ran his own surveying practice before deciding to sell. As well as his own practice he also served as a Director on the Board of Management of a national company of Chartered Surveyors.

Paul carries out the same work as Mike but tends to deal with transactions up to a value of £2million.
